Terms of Reference
To advise Executive Council with respect to:
- advocacy positions on copyright in Canada, including pending national and international legislation and the formation of public policy affecting copyright in Canadian libraries, such as the activities of Access Copyright and the Copyright Board
- the need for statements to the press, television, and radio on issues affecting copyright, especially as it affects libraries and the information professions
- the content of the Copyright Position Statement
To collaborate with any Networks which develop related to copyright issues.
